Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products.
2. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are mentioned on respective product pages.
3. Most products come with a 5-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
4. The return/exchange policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
5. In case a pickup service is not available at your location, you will have to self-ship the product to our office address.
6. Return/Exchange charges of ₹100 will apply per request (deducted or payable depending on case).

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

• The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for hygiene reasons.
• Products must have the original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Requests raised beyond the exchange window (5 days) will not be accepted.
